For partners
Help shape skills that match real work
Universities, training providers, companies and community organisations can contribute challenges, curriculum input, mentorship and cohorts to Spark programs.
Ways to contribute
Technical challenges
Propose challenges grounded in real business context. Approved challenges can become projects learners complete and mentors review.
Curriculum recommendations
Suggest topics, tools or content that would make programs more relevant to the work you see.
Skill requirements
Tell us which skills and levels matter for roles in your field so programs and verification policies reflect them.
Mentorship offers
Offer practitioners who can mentor learners and review project submissions.
Cohorts for institutions
Universities and training providers can run cohorts of a program for their own students.
Program partnership
Approved organisations can be linked to specific programs, and are then listed on the program page with their role.
How partnerships work
- Partner organisations register and are reviewed by Enara before they can contribute.
- A partner is only shown on a program page once Enara has approved the organisation and linked it to that program.
- Partners are not automatically employers. Discovering candidates requires a separate, approved employer organisation and learner consent.
- Learners decide whether their challenge submissions are shared with the proposing organisation.
What we will not do
- Present a course or provider as a partnership unless the partnership has been verified.
- Publish partner names, logos or statements without the partner's approval.
- Describe Spark credentials as accredited by a partner unless that is formally true.
Enara Spark is a product of Enara for Digital Learning. Partnership terms are agreed individually with each organisation.
