For employers

Find early-career technical talent by verified skills — and see the evidence

Spark shows you which skills a candidate has verified, how they were verified and which accepted projects back them up. No black-box scores.

What your team can do

Candidate discovery

Filter consenting learners by specialization, verified skills, minimum level, projects, location, education and availability.

Evidence on every profile

Open a candidate's verified skills, verification methods and accepted projects, with credential links you can check.

Opportunities

Publish internships, jobs and other opportunities with required and preferred skills. Listings are moderated before going live.

Applications

Review applications and move candidates through clear statuses. Learners see the status of their own applications.

Shortlists and invitations

Keep shortlists for roles and invite candidates to apply.

Technical challenges

Propose real business challenges that can become learner projects, and review submissions learners choose to share with you.

How access works

  1. 1Register an employer account with your organisation details.
  2. 2Enara reviews and approves organisations before they can discover candidates or publish opportunities.
  3. 3You see only learners who have opted into employer discovery, and only their verified skills, accepted projects and the evidence behind them.
  4. 4Learners can withdraw consent at any time; they then disappear from discovery.

What you will and won't see

  • Verified skills with level, verification methods, dates and a credential you can check publicly.
  • Accepted projects, unless the learner or project is marked confidential.
  • A match explanation listing matched and missing required and preferred skills — an aid to your judgement, not a ranking you should rely on alone.
  • You won't see assessment answers, unverified self-reported skills or learners who have not consented.

Hiring decisions remain yours. Spark credentials attest to skills verified under Enara Spark policies; they are not government or academic accreditations and do not predict job performance on their own.

Hire on evidence

Create an employer account. Once your organisation is approved you can search verified skills and publish opportunities.
