Enara Spark · by Enara for Digital Learning
Learn the skill. Prove it with evidence. Show it to employers.
Enara Spark is a learn-to-work platform for technical talent. It diagnoses what you know, builds a personalised pathway, assesses you continuously and verifies skills only when real evidence meets a published policy.

Each state is shown separately. Only the last one is a credential.
The core idea
Learned, assessed and verified are three different things
Most platforms treat finishing a course as proof of skill. Spark keeps the three states apart and tells you — and employers — exactly which one applies.
Learned
Did you study it?
You completed lessons, watched material or practised with the tutor. Spark records this activity so you and your mentors can see your effort.
Completing a lesson or course never counts as verification.
Assessed
Has it been measured?
An assessment produced evidence for the skill and a level estimate. Estimates can be provisional while open answers await review.
An assessed skill is an indicator, not a credential.
Verified
Does the evidence meet the policy?
Sufficient, final, integrity-clear evidence satisfied the skill's published verification policy. A credential with a public ID is issued.
Credentials can expire or be revoked, and anyone can check their status.

Our commitments
Honest by design
No guaranteed jobs
Spark connects verified skills with opportunities. Employers make their own decisions, and we never promise employment.
Not an accreditation
Credentials attest to skills verified under Enara Spark policies. They are not government or academic accreditations.
Transparent evidence
Every verified skill lists its methods and dates, and every credential has a public page showing whether it is valid, expired or revoked.
You control visibility
Your passport is private until you make it public. Employer discovery requires your explicit, revocable consent.
Start with a diagnostic, not a guess
Create an account, choose a specialization and find out where you stand. Your pathway is built from evidence.
